Match up with a health coach for weekly online visits and message them anytime through the app. They can help you with:

• Eating more healthfully, including support for special diets (i.e., gluten-free, paleo, vegan)
• Exercising more and getting stronger
• Lowering stress

• Preventing diabetes and other chronic health conditions

Online support groups and resources can boost your success and help inform you about a wide variety of well-being topics. You can track progress toward your goals by connecting Vida Health with a fitness app, such as Fitbit, Apple Health, Garmin and many others.

Available at no cost to you

If you’re an active U.S. associate, this benefit is available at no cost, even if you’re not enrolled in an Edward Jones medical plan. If your spouse, domestic partner and dependents age 18 and older are enrolled in an Edward Jones medical plan (Anthem Gold or Silver, or HMSA), they can participate at no cost, too.
