You can enroll in or decline vision coverage, regardless of whether you enroll in a medical plan.

The vision plan is administered by VSP. It provides coverage for exams, as well as glasses or contacts. See chart below for highlights of coverage for in-network providers. Discounts are also available for additional glasses and sunglasses as well as laser vision correction.

If you paid out-of-pocket for a covered service, submit a reimbursement request form to VSP.

You can use any eye doctor you like but you will generally pay less if you choose an in-network provider.
