Registration is open until 8/31! Keeping Up with the Joneses Activity Challenge – World at Play

One of the most anticipated wellness challenges of the year kicks off soon. Keeping Up with the Joneses is an annual firmwide challenge that provides healthy competition among associates. Competing on teams and tracking your daily activity will get you to the finish line – and may help you save $100 on your 2024 medical premium. This year, the Keeping Up with the Joneses theme is World at Play, and the challenge will run Sept. 1 - 28. During the challenge, you can virtually travel to explore different ways of playing around the world.

Track your activity to unlock the next destination and celebration by linking a fitness tracking device to the Virgin Pulse app or website – or recording your activity manually. Invite your friends to join your challenge team so you can travel and celebrate together!

If traveling to 15 destinations in one month doesn’t get you excited enough, there's more.

In addition, all associates will have a chance to win Virgin PulseCash* (does not apply to General Partners, Service Partners or associates in Quebec) throughout the challenge. Watch for more information about ways you can win. Associates not enrolled in the medical plan are eligible to earn gift cards for participating.

• Participants who enroll in the challenge between Aug. 14 - 20 will be entered in a drawing for a chance to win a $100 gift card*.
• Participants who post a comment or photograph to the social chat feature in Virgin Pulse at least once a week for each week of the challenge will be entered in a drawing for a chance to win a $50 gift card*.
• If a team reaches destination eight (8), all individual members of the team will be entered in a drawing for a chance to win a $50 gift card*. 
• All individuals who complete at least the equivalent of 238,000 steps/activity by the end of the challenge and have reported their activity by Oct. 1, at 11:59  UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) will be eligible to be entered in a drawing for a $100 gift card.
• Note: Those enrolled in the Hawaii medical plan are not eligible to earn medical premium discounts.

Registration opens Monday, August 14, and ends Thursday, August 31. During registration:

• Join the challenge using the Virgin Pulse mobile app or website.
• Create or join a team.
• You may switch teams during the registration period, but after Monday, Sept. 4, you can no longer switch teams.

Please note:  World at Play will not be visible on the Virgin Pulse website or mobile app until Monday, Aug. 14.
