The first time you access your group benefits online, you will need to register to get your personal access ID and password. To register you will need your group contract number and member ID.
Your group contract number is: 150328
Your member ID is usually your employee number.
As your group retirement plan is also with Sun Life, you can use the same access ID and password for all of your Sun Life accounts. If you know your access ID and password, you do not need to register again; simply sign on and then go to the ‘my health and well-being’ section.

Submit your medical, vision and dental claim forms, along with your original receipt, within 90-days of the plan year end for processing. (Terminated associates must submit claims within 90-days of coverage termination.)
No claim filing is necessary. You will use your drug card to pay for prescriptions. You will pay out of pocket for any items not reimbursed through the card. (Protect your card as you would a credit card. Report a lost or stolen card to Sun Life at 1-866-896-6976.)
