Virgin Pulse has These online training programs help members improve their mental well-being, performance, relationships and sleep. As the pace of modern living becomes more intense, Whil is helping members develop repeatable skills to calm and focus the mind, relax the central nervous system, develop emotional intelligence and get the most out of life.

Whil Yoga 101 will teach you the basics of yoga to exercise the mind and body.

Follow these instructions to access the Whil Yoga 101 program:

  1. Log into your Virgin Pulse account on the Virgin Pulse member website.
  2. Select the Programs tab.
  3. Recommended programs will be listed and are based on your My Pulse Health Assessment results. You may need to scroll down to view the list and to see additional options. Click "All" from the Menu on the left and select the programs listed below:
