The Virgin Pulse program is available to all Edward Jones associates, regardless of their enrollment in the medical plan.

Firm-Sponsored Challenge "Relaxation Breathing"

Stress impacts our mood, sleep, relationships and plays a role in several types of chronic health problems - especially cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disorders and psychological disorders. Deep breathing is a quick and simple way to help alleviate stress.

The Relaxation Breathing challenge is voluntary and encourages you to take 3 deep breaths a day, at least 10 out of 14 days, to help manage stress. To participate, answer "Yes" to the following question at least 10 out of 14 days during the challenge period:

Did you respond to stress by taking 3 deep breaths today?
